Baguette Trading/Coaching Until Profitability

Coaching Until Profitability

Your strategy was never the whole problem.

You already know more about market structure than most of the people selling courses about it. You've read the books, you've backtested at least one thing properly, and you can explain exactly why your last trade went wrong. You're still not making money.

What's missing is the part nobody sells, because it doesn't fit in a video. A system you can hold onto when you're down four sessions in a row, and enough honest data about your own behaviour to know which version of that system you can personally execute without talking yourself out of it.

That's the work we do together, and I don't leave until you've been paid twice.

If the audit in your first week says trading isn't right for you, I refund you in full and we stop there.

The Fallacy of Precision

Precision is what gets sold. The market doesn't trade on it.

You've been told to wait for a specific candle shape, a specific tick, four confluences lining up at once. Then conditions shift slightly and the setup never shows, or it shows and does the opposite of what it did last month. Price is fluid and every move is a bit different from the one before it, which is exactly why rigid rules break the moment the market changes character.

You won't be executing like a machine. You'll build an edge you understand well enough to adapt when it stops working, because it will.

The 80/20 Architecture

A system built for how the market actually behaves.

Roughly 80% of what we build is mechanical. Statistical data that you collect yourself, and zone-based rules that come out of that data rather than out of my opinion. This is the part that stops you gambling, because the maths is settled before the session opens and you aren't deciding anything under pressure.

The other 20% is you. Over the hundreds of samples we backtest together, you start recognising the personality of a move instead of its shape. I can't hand you that in a PDF. It comes from volume of exposure with someone next to you explaining what you're looking at, and it's the reason this takes months rather than weeks.

Baguette Tracker

Nothing here runs on what you remember.

From the assessment you fill in before we've spoken about a single chart, to the day your second payout imports from your MetaTrader account, all of it happens in one place. I wrote it myself because nothing on the market did what I actually needed.

Your intake and your personality work sit in it. So do your backtest batches, your documentation, your live journal, your equity curve, your stats broken down by strategy and by instrument, and the note you leave about how you felt while you were clicking. I set your rules and your week in the calendar inside it. Your MetaTrader accounts connect to it, so your numbers come from your broker rather than from the version of the week you remember on Sunday evening.

So you never have to reconstruct your week from memory, and nothing important gets lost between two calls.

The Roadmap

Six phases, from where you are now to not needing me.

Phase 0: The Audit

Before we look at a single chart, we find out who you are. Your first login to the Tracker opens an intake that goes deep, a trader profile and two personality assessments, and I run the results through software built to read them. If the data says this career doesn't suit the way you're wired, I tell you and I refund everything that day. Once we both agree it's a fit we commit, and after that point there are no refunds, because that's where the real work starts.

Phase 1: The simplest version

We begin with the system stripped down. Most people bury themselves in five hundred rules and then freeze at the open, so we start with flow and frequency and nothing else. Your sampling goes into the Tracker in batches as you do it, which means I can see your work building up rather than waiting for a summary at the end. If you can hit your numbers on the simple version, we leave it there and don't add anything. That's how you end up with a system that fits your temperament instead of mine.

Phase 2: Sharpening the Edge

Now we look at what your numbers actually say, broken down by strategy and by instrument in the Tracker rather than as one blurred average. If your results are already where they need to be on the simple rules, we don't touch a thing. If there's room to improve your reward to risk, we add confluence and more sampling. Complexity only goes in when your own data proves it pays for itself.

Phase 3: Evaluation and accountability

You start your prop firm evaluation and my job changes to risk manager. Your rules for the week sit in your Tracker calendar and your trades import from your MetaTrader account, so I'm watching your numbers and your behaviour without having to ask you anything. Mostly I'm waiting for the moment you start drifting from the logic we built together. That moment always comes, and catching it in the same week rather than the following month is most of what you're paying me for.

Phase 4: Funded

Passing is one thing and holding the account is another. Once real capital sits behind your orders, the emotional notes in your journal start telling me more than your equity curve does, and that's usually where I see the problem before you do. If the pressure breaks something, we stop and fix your head before touching the system again.

Phase 5: The first payout

The goal is money leaving the firm and landing in your bank account, and it gets recorded against your account in the Tracker like everything else. We go back over the whole journey to work out what suited your profile best, then we add a second instrument, which raises your frequency using everything you've already learned rather than something new.

Phase 6: The second payout, and out

We're not done until the second one lands, because the first can be luck and the second can't be. You leave with two payouts on record, the habits that produced them, and a year or more of your own trading data that belongs to you and that almost nobody else in this industry bothers to collect.

After that you're on your own, which was always the point.

What Others Are Experiencing

"To be completely honest, I was lost and wondering if trading was even for me anymore. I was tired of the false promises and ready to throw in the towel. That was until I reached out to Pablo. He answered all my questions, and I made the life-changing decision to have him as my coach. Looking at where I am today, I can say with the utmost confidence: it was one of the best decisions of my life, period. Pablo isn’t your typical mentor. He won't sugarcoat things—he tells you the truth, whether it's good or bad. More importantly, he holds you accountable. If you’re struggling, he’s there. If you’re doubting yourself, he fixes your mindset. If you fall, he lifts you right back up. He created an environment where failure isn't an option if you actually put in the work. His approach is unlike anything you've seen elsewhere. Trust me, even if you don’t fully grasp everything at first, just ask questions, and stick to what he tells you. It will be more than worth it. Beyond the strategy, the real gold is on the mental side. Trading is a psychological battlefield, especially for beginners. You need to completely rewire your brain, break your bad habits, and there is simply no one better than Pablo for that. He gives you the ultimate framework to survive and thrive. Do you truly want to change your life? What are you waiting for? Stop making excuses, reach out to Pablo, and let’s get to work. I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything, Pablo."

"My trading journey started in early 2023 and after years of losing money over and over again, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Not to sound spiritual or poetic but Pablo was the one the brought the light. Pablo took me in for coaching in October of 2025 and it’s been over 7 months that he’s been with me. Pablo is the type to give it all he can and never asks for anything in return, except that you listen to him and do the work that has to be done. Initially, Pablo didn’t even want to take me because of my D profile but he took a gamble. Statistically, I was not supposed to succeed, I was going against the massive institutions with decades of data. Somehow, I beat the odds. What I am trying to say is, if he is able to help me, a person who is not meant to touch trading at all, he is able to help anyone. But don’t get me wrong, he is not there to babysit you, I had to do lots of introspective work along with the work Pablo gave me. It’s a long game in this industry, it’s grueling. Put in the work and you might see yourself apart of the top 1% (realistically it’s even lower, however I am being generous)."

"Equally genius, inspired and possibly mad, hard to tell the difference sometimes. But such fresh energy.

This process will test and challenge your courage, your patience, your perseverance and your determination, in yourself more than anything. If you can give up all you've held onto so tightly and open up just enough to give Pablo the chance to lead you there, you will arrive at your desired destination, and probably one beyond your expectations.

Be prepared to work hard, and for a few months. This is on you, not him, and you alone, always was, you just didn't know it. There are no shortcuts on this particular path. But know that this entire process is a shortcut on the path all successful traders have taken, except they have had to walk it arduously, and alone, and without any guarantee of success. This is the difference Pablo generously provides.

Turn back and take on another YouTube guru at your own peril. It was never about them, it was always about you and your stats. This is the final teacher, at the last boss level, that you will ever end up facing in trading if you're ready to accept it.

He gives you an entire arena to face this in, with rules, where the wins are mathematically skewed in your favour.

You changed it for me Pablo, finally. It's not that I wasn't trying. It was just that I couldn't find any way to move at all anymore.

In the Wild Wild West of modern trading, you are a safe haven.

Thank you. Forever thank you."

The FAQ

Questions before you book the call.

What happens if the Phase 0 audit says no?

I refund you the same day. I only run a few of these at once, and I'm not going to spend one of those places on someone whose psychology isn't built for this particular kind of risk. Better that we both find out in week one than in month eight.

Why does it cost this much?

Because there's no end date. Most mentors sell you a fixed number of hours and invoice you again when you run out. I charge once and stay until your second payout, which means the risk of it taking a long time sits with me rather than with you. You're paying for the fact that I can't walk away.

Do I have to trade the way you trade?

No, and that's the whole point of the 80/20. I give you the logic and the zones, then we work out the execution style your brain can actually sustain, which is quite often not the one I use myself.

How much time does this take?

The early sampling work is heavy and there's no way around it. If you can't put in real hours documenting and backtesting, don't book the call. Once we've found your flow the daily execution is quick, but expect several months before you get there.

Do I get the full grid system?

Yes, the complete version with the logic behind the level selection. It isn't taught anywhere else, publicly or privately.

The Investment

One payment, and you keep me until you're paid twice.

Nothing bad happens if you close this page. You just get another year like the last one. An account gone in a few months, a strategy swapped for a new one, and in two years the same amount of honest data about yourself that you have right now, which is none.

You're not paying for information. Information is free and you already have far too much of it sitting in bookmarks you never opened twice.

You're paying for someone who looked at your psychological profile before agreeing to work with you, who reads your journal during the week rather than after the damage, and who is still there in month seven when it has stopped being exciting.

What's included:

→ The full grid system with the execution logic behind it
→ The scalping strategy and the Scalping Club Discord, once your stats justify it
→ Live scalping sessions with me
→ The Phase 0 audit, refunded in full if you're not built for this
→ Unlimited 1-on-1 until your second payout
→ Baguette Tracker, the app the whole coaching runs on, from your first assessment to your last payout
→ Direct access to me, not a community forum
→ The system documentation and templates
→ Lifetime access to the Baguette All-in-One indicator

€7,000, or three payments of €2,400.

I work with a small number of people at once, and one place is open right now. The call is where we both find out whether it should be yours.

  • €7,000 or 3 monthly payments of €2,400

Ready to start?

  • 1 left
  • Coaching session

One place is open. We speak first, then Phase 0 starts within a week. If we've already spoken, this is where you pay.

Not ready for the call

Then start free.

The Discord and the free course are open to anyone. Spend a few weeks in there and you'll find out whether you'll actually do the work. If you do, the call will make a lot more sense. If you don't, you just saved yourself seven thousand euros.

I'm not selling you a life. I'm offering to do the work next to you for as long as it takes, and to tell you honestly in week one if I think you shouldn't.

If that lands, book the call. If it doesn't, that's fine too.
